Messages exchanged between athlete and coach (chat content and timestamps)
Information provided when contacting support

Create and manage user accounts
Enable communication between athletes and coaches

Ensure security, reliability, and improvement of the service

We process personal data based on:

Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract (providing the app’s core functionality)
Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, service improvement)

If users voluntarily share health-related information in chat messages, such data is processed based on explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR).

5. Analytics

We use Google Analytics and Firebase to understand how the app is used and to improve performance and stability. Analytics data is processed in an aggregated form where possible.

6. Data Storage & Processors

Personal data is stored and processed using Google Cloud Platform data centers located in Frankfurt, Germany (EU). We use Google Cloud, Firebase, and Google Analytics as data processors under applicable data processing agreements.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

Personal data is retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion or a valid user request, we delete all personal data. Any remaining non-personal information is anonymized and can no longer be linked to an individual.

8. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, as well as the right to object to processing and withdraw consent at any time.

9. Complaints

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, including the competent authority in Germany or Estonia.
