An athlete asks how this morning's run went; Axl answers with the run from their watch — distance, time, pace, heart rate, cadence — and what it means.

What Axl is

Others track. Axl guides.

Your watch tells you what you did. Axl tells you what to do next, and why. Like texting a coach who knows your training, for every run, every ride and the race you're getting ready for.

Not charts of yesterday.

Your next workout, and why it matters.

Not a plan that breaks in the first bad week.

A week that moves with your life.

Not generic AI advice.

Training planned by real coaches.

How it starts

Download. Pick. Train.

1

Tell Axl where you're going.

Pick running, cycling or Hyrox and name your goal: a 10K under 50 minutes, a first marathon, a Hyrox race in spring. Axl asks how much time you have and where you are now.

Axl asks how many days a week the athlete can train, with 3, 4, 5 or 6 to pick.
2

Get a plan made for you.

Axl plans your weeks up to race day: what each workout is for, how hard to go and when to rest. When your week changes, the plan changes with it.

Axl lays out the next weeks of training: the goal, the workouts and why.
3

Train. Axl reads it.

Connect Apple Health, Health Connect, Strava, Polar or Oura. Your workouts, sleep and recovery reach Axl on their own, and Axl shows you what is getting better.

Axl answers whether easy pace is improving with a chart: twelve weeks of easy pace at the same heart rate.

Between workouts

A coach that's there when it counts.

Apple Watch showing today's workout: easy aerobic run, zone 2, 5:40 to 6:10 per kilometre.

A plan that follows your week

Life gets in the way. Tell Axl a day went wrong or your legs feel heavy, and it changes the plan the way a good coach would. A missed workout never gets crammed into the next day.

It reacts to what you did

Axl sees what you actually did and compares it with the plan. Your next workout depends on your last one.

Ask anything, any time

Pacing a race, a niggle after a long run, intervals or not today. Ask in text or by voice, and the answer knows your training.

It speaks first

Axl checks in when something changes, and stays quiet in the hours you choose.

On your wrist

Today's workout on your Apple Watch, with the pace to hold. Ask Axl by voice without reaching for your phone.

The way you like it

Pick the voice Axl speaks in and how it talks to you: warm, blunt or short. Have any answer read aloud.

Behind every answer

Real coaching, not guesswork.

Real coaches decided how Axl trains you in each sport. Axl answers from that, and from your own training. When Axl doesn't know, it says so and asks you.

Written by coaches

Real coaches set how hard and how often you train, when to push and when to rest.

Built on your training

Your plan starts from what you actually did, not from a template.

Safe by design

Axl is a coach, not a doctor. Tell it about pain or a warning sign and it stops your training and sends you to a professional.

An athlete reports sharp pain on the shin; Axl pauses training and sends them to a doctor.

The team

Built by people who live sport.

An Olympic and World medalist, lifelong athletes and the people who build Axl. Every one of us trains on it, every week.
